Agility Due Diligence Review

(£4,500 / $6,000)

I conduct a thorough review and assessment of your technology function and how it works both internally and externally with the wider organisation and customers.  This covers three main areas:

  • People

  • Process

  • Technology

I can do this on-site, remote or using a hybrid model.

At the end of the review you will receive an unbiased assessment and recommendations based on my findings, along with a high level 30, 60 and 90 day plan to allow a path to move forward (with or without me).  

This comes in the form of a report that I will present to the relevant stakeholders either in-person or remote.

This is designed for technology functions, or SaaS businesses, with less than 80 employees.  For organisations with technology functions bigger than this please get in-touch to discuss your options.
