Who is Matthew Carr?

I'm strategic, people-focused visionary leader with 25 years experience across private equity, retail, wholesale and technology sectors, specialising in due diligence, business turnaround, legacy modernisation, change and transformation.

I have built engineering and product functions from scratch and lead global teams of up to 180 people in size, with a focus on deliverable measurable outcomes focused on operational costs and productivity.

Roadmap To Success 

I conduct a thorough review and assessment of your technology function and how it works internally, externally with the wider organisation and your customers.  This covers three main areas:

  • People

  • Process

  • Technology

I can do this on-site, remote or using a hybrid model.

At the end of the review you will receive an unbiased assessment and recommendations based on my findings, along with a custom high level 30, 60 and 90 day roadmap and plan based on your needs that allows a path to move forward (with or without me).  

This comes in the form of a report that I will present to the relevant stakeholders either in-person or remote.

This is designed for technology functions, or SaaS businesses, with less than 80 employees.
